Robyn Letters, CEO of Marketing Research Firm Opinion Studies, to speak at local Marketing Association Meeting
SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA –Tuesday, June 19th at 5:30 pm, SLOCAMA (San Luis Obispo Creative and Marketing Alliance) is proud to host guest speaker Robyn Letters of Opinion Studies who will share her expertise in market research and discuss a variety of ways companies can utilize simple and in-depth research techniques to help them gain new clients, re-activate dormant clients and build customer loyalty.
Robyn has worked with local clients such as Dioptics, Cal Poly, The Tribune, DelOzone and various government agencies. Outside the area she has provided services to The Los Angeles Times, USC, Exxon, Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, multiple law firms and healthcare institutions. She believes strongly that “knowledge is power” and will share her insights on how market research can improve business efforts in SLO County.
Robyn will speak at the SLOCAMA meeting, Tuesday, June 19th at 5:30pm at BIG Images, 2304 Broad Street, San Luis Obispo. This is event is open to the public.
About SLOCAMA
SLOCAMA (San Luis Obispo Creative and Marketing Alliance—SLOCAMA.org) is the local trade association for creative and marketing professionals. The association has over 100 active members. The group was founded in 2004 with the intent of reaching out to others in the industry for inspiration, collaboration and education. SLOCAMA has become the premiere forum and resource for creative marketing collaboration and networking in San Luis Obispo County. Meetings take place the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 pm at Big Images at 2304 Broad St.
About Robyn Letters
Robyn Letters, principal of Opinion Studies, has worked in the fields of market, consumer and litigation research for more than 25 years. Experienced in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, Ms. Letters is recognized as a dynamic focus group moderator as well as a creative field researcher.
An expert at designing and conducting cost-effective projects among a wide variety of populations, Ms. Letters has held numerous positions and participated in on-going projects at Bodaken Associates, Trial Analysts, FTI Consulting, USC's Annenberg School for Communication and the Los Angeles Times. She has co-managed major projects for the National Science Foundation, the Agency of Health Care Policy and Research and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She and her staff were the primary field coordinators for a major multi-stage legal study that culminated in the deliberation of 600 mock juries and the publication of Punitive Damages: How Juries Decide.
Counted among her long standing clients are food and product manufacturers, universities, service and government agencies, newspapers and retail outlets, jury consultants, law firms and Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Letters is a member of Marketing Research Association, Qualitative Research Consultants Association and the American Society of Trial Consultants.
